Friends & Family,
Thank you for the love and support you have shown my family and I since the start of this journey. We have chosen to refer to the cancer as a journey. Michael and I have literally spent a tremendous amount of time between dr. offices, insurance folks, phone calls, texting, emails, Facebook, you name it! That alone has been exhausting. As we are still trying to keep our family rhythm flowing within our clan, especially important for Riley and Cassidy.
So, that is why we thought this would be a great way to keep everyone posted to all that is happening! Please feel free to jump on and catch up, leave messages, pictures, love notes! Kinda like my own personal KaciBook! Enjoy, keep it light, keep it real, it will all be good!!!

Life is beautiful even when we struggle 
To our little girl….yep, you’re on a journey but not alone…not only your immediate family is there together along with your brother, sisters, Mom and Dad and all your friends and families across the country including Alaska and Hawaii. With this much “people power”, you can’t lose!

Oh my brave, adventurous, beautiful, funny, smart, goddess of a woman and sister. Just like what mom and dad said, you are so not in this journey alone. We are all your backup team and are in this shit together, come hell or high water. Like I told you recently, there will be good days and bad days but you are moving forward and each day that passes is a victory and one step closer to putting this all behind you and getting on with your life. You are so very loved and just know that I am hugging you from afar and sending all kinds of good energy your way. I am here for you anytime to talk, to cry with or to just be. life is like right now. You are such a good friend…especially in this difficult time. I really appreciate the care you’ve taken to keep us all posted.
